Contract Scotland are working with a leading Fife based main contractor to source and experienced Site Manager to join their project team on a £30m industrial build in Dundee. As Site Manager, you\’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You’ll manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the Project Manager to keep all elements moving smoothly. Key responsibilities: – Lead site operations to project completion. – Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with H&S regulations. – Monitor programme, cost, and quality targets. – Chair regular site meetings and report progress. – Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
