Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £65,000 £74,000 + £6,000 car allowance
Bonus: Up to 20% based on KPIs
I\’m recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client a highly regarded national housebuilder known for delivering high-spec residential sites with consistency, pride, and professionalism.
They re now looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to lead one of their most important developments someone who can take control from groundworks through to final handover, while maintaining tight standards on quality, safety, and programme.
This isn t a firefighting role or a rescue mission. It s a chance to step into a well-resourced, well-planned build with a business that sets you up to succeed and expects the same in return.
What You ll Be Doing:

  • Leading your site team and subcontractors from day one through to final handover
  • Driving quality on every plot right first time, every time
  • Maintaining best-in-class health & safety culture
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are where they should be high
  • Reporting and collaborating with senior leadership to deliver results
