Section Foreman Major Energy Infrastructure Project Contract: ASAP September 2027 Sector: Energy / Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Role: Section Foreman We are recruiting an experienced Section Foreman to join a major energy infrastructure project in the North East of Scotland. This is a long-term opportunity overseeing a section of works and supervising direct labour, Gangers and subcontractors across a major construction programme. The job also provides accommodation. Key Responsibilities -Supervise and coordinate Gangers, direct labour and subcontractors. - Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. - Input into Work Package Plans, Risk Assessments, Task Briefings and Toolbox Talks. - Identify hazards and implement appropriate controls and safe systems of work. - Monitor plant, small tools and equipment to ensure they are suitable and properly maintained. - Carry out Safety, Environmental and Quality Tours. - Monitor workmanship and promote a Right First Time culture. - Complete quality assurance using BIM Field 360 and support Inspection
