A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor for a permanent, full-time position offering flexible hybrid working. In this key role, you’ll act as the central commercial contact on major projects, working collaboratively with finance, project, and delivery teams to drive best practice, robust cost control, and maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, including applications for payment, notices, and dispute resolution.
- Support project managers with budget monitoring, forecasting, and CVR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for post-contract management.
About You:
- Background in commercial reporting and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work independently in a similar role.
- Experience in the civil engineering industry is preferred.
