We are assisting a well-established, Bathgate-based developer with decades of continuous operation as they seek to appoint a Client Project Manager as part of a strategically important succession plan within their team. If you are an experienced Client Project Manager capable in leading new build developments with values up to 10m then we are keen to hear from you. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from pre-construction planning through to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded. This is a high-visibility role where you ll work closely with senior leadership, clients, design teams, subcontractors, and local authorities.
