Responsibilities
- Taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
- Liaising with clients, architects, and key stakeholders.
