Preconstruction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading construction company with an enviable portfolio of large-scale projects across multiple sectors in Scotland. Working across the building, civil infrastructure and energy sectors, they can offer an almost uniquely diverse challenge within the Scottish market. As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will: Develop and execute win strategies for bids and proposals. Establish strong client relationships to identify requirements and deliver value-driven solutions. Manage budgets and lead teams in preparing compelling proposals. Provide technical support and leadership throughout the bid and delivery process. Attend client meetings and industry events to position the business as a partner of choice. Ensure seamless handover of project details to delivery teams. To succeed, you’ll need excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines. A background in main contracting as a preconstruction manager would be preferable. Project Managers with a background in preconstruction and a desire to make that their full-time focus will also be considered.
