Site Engineers Needed in Aberdeen

Location: Aberdeen

Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity

We are currently looking to appoint two Site Engineers to join an active civil engineering project in Aberdeen. These are hands-on roles offering the chance to work within a busy site environment on a short-term contract with potential extension.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 17:00
No weekend work

Role 1 – Setting Out Engineer

  • This role is primarily site-based, working outdoors daily:
  • Carrying out setting out using Trimble equipment
  • Supporting delivery of concrete works
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of on-site measurements

Role 2 – Site Engineer (Quality & Technical)

  • This role has a stronger office and technical focus:
  • Managing quality processes and documentation
  • Setting up site controls and machine controls
  • Working with drawings using AutoCAD (or similar)
  • Liaising with site and design teams

Requirements (Both Roles)

  • Valid CSCS Card (essential)
  • Previous experience in a Site Engineer role
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering projects
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
