We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a construction project based in Peterhead on a long-term temporary basis. This role will involve supporting the site management and HSE teams with the smooth day-to-day running of the project and ensuring all administrative processes are maintained to a high standard.
This position would suit someone with previous construction or engineering sector experience who is organised, adaptable and confident working within a busy site environment.
Key Duties- Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation
- Taking and issuing detailed meeting minutes
- Supporting site teams with general administration duties
- Updating trackers, spreadsheets and internal systems
- Assisting with health & safety documentation and PPE records
- Managing office consumables and coordinating with external suppliers
- Uploading and organising project documents within the company databases
- Carrying out general office duties, including scanning, filing and document preparation
- Providing basic support with Microsoft Office and document formatting
- Previous experience within construction, engineering or similar industries
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident in communicating with internal teams and subcontractors
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Close attention to detail and a professional approach
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening required
- Local candidates preferred due to project location
