HDD Supervisor – Landfall Drilling (Peterhead → Caithness → Dundonnell → Stornoway) Start: Within 2 weeks Rate: £400–£450/day + Accommodation, Travel Expenses, and Meal Allowance Shifts: 24/7 operation – rota‑based shift work Duration: 3‑year programme (first year in Peterhead) A leading contractor is seeking an experienced HDD Supervisor to join a major multi‑location landfall drilling programme across Scotland. The first phase begins in Peterhead on 26th June, running for approximately 12 months, before the team moves on to Caithness, Dundonnell, and Stornoway. This is a long‑term opportunity to join a consistent drilling team delivering complex landfall HDD works alongside a specialist drilling subcontractor. The Role Supervising landfall HDD drilling operations Coordinating with the wider project team and specialist drilling crews Ensuring safe, compliant 24/7 drilling activities Overseeing tooling, drilling fluids, steering and progress Managing RAMS, permits and daily reporting Supporting a multi‑location drilling programme over several years Locations & Programme Year 1: Peterhead (starting 26th June) Following years: Caithness → Dundonnell → Stornoway Aim is to retain the same drill team for the full programme Requirements Experience in landfall HDD or onshore HDD preferred Open to strong supervisors with Principal Contractor experience SSSTS required Ability to work shift patterns on a 24/7 operation Strong communication and leadership skills Pay & Benefits £400–£450 per day  Expenses package Long‑term continuity across multiple sites If this sounds like you, Apply here or send your CV to (url removed) Legal Information: We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.
