Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

We are working with a busy and growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support their team based in Livingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with a strong pipeline of work across major infrastructure and construction projects throughout Scotland. The role has been created to support the wider team and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office environment. You will be responsible for providing general administrative support across the business, working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

Duties will include:
