A leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across the West of Scotland. You’ll take ownership of several live projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme. Alongside managing ongoing operations, you’ll support preconstruction and tendering activity for upcoming works — playing a key part in shaping future projects and client relationships across the region.

  • Manage multiple project teams from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Oversee all operational, financial, and commercial aspects of assigned schemes.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

To apply, you should have a proven track record as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager, with experience on a broad range of civil engineering infrastructure or groundworks projects, gained either with a similar civil engineering contractor, or working for a main building contractor.
