International Recruitment Resourcer in Liverpool

Liverpool Full-Time 28800 - 43200 £ / year (est.) Home office (partial)
Contract Scotland

CS International Recruitment are part of Contract Scotland which was established to redefine recruitment and set a new standard, to challenge how the recruitment industry works.

We don’t work to a traditional target and commission model, which gives us the unique ability to provide our customers with an objective and transparent service that delivers true value and lasting impact to their lives and businesses.

Our international business (CS International) was created in 2010 to supply staff to the construction, engineering & property industry outside of the UK. Within that remit, our primary location focuses are Australia and Canada, but we work with employers all over the world.

Our aim is to be regarded as the local experts by employers seeking to recruit staff from the UK, the first point of call for job seekers planning to relocate, as well as a trusted partner to those who have already relocated & might be considering a new position.

In this role, you’ll be working alongside an experienced recruitment leader with over 30+ years’ experience in recruitment across the UK and overseas, so you’ll be trained/coached & mentored by some of the best & most experienced recruiters out there.

We need you to have some existing experience in sourcing and assessing prospective candidates within the construction & engineering industry, whether that be within a recruitment consultancy environment, or direct for an employer.

Any previous experience in international recruitment (and a passion for it), would be an advantage, but we can help you with that bit!

Initially we see this role being full-time, but we’re open minded to working with someone on a part-time basis. We have bases in both Stirling and Southampton (both begin with an S… but that might be where the similarity ends!), so we’re ideally looking for someone who can spend time in one of those locations.

Your role will be pretty varied, but will definitely need you to;

  • Work with the team to market and source for a range of ongoing campaigns/job disciplines.
  • Create advert content that appeals to the prospective audience and looks to get them to engage.
  • Manage a high volume of job seeker interest.
  • Assess applications/incoming contact and interview candidates.
  • Proactively approach key targets utilising market-leading tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Build, develop and create relationships with potential job seekers.
  • Support us with events & recruitment ‘trips’ for customers coming to the UK.

Technology & AI is a key part of our approach, so we need someone who is keen to embrace the tools that we have embedded within our team, whether that be for sourcing, marketing, interviewing, or just general productivity.

Worth noting that we have a comprehensive benefits package for the team at Contract Scotland/CS International, so you can expect;

  • Access to profit share.
  • Excellent private health insurance (no excess) covering both physical & mental health.
  • Hybrid/remote working.
  • Enhanced annual leave allowance plus additional days for loyalty.
  • Extra day off on your birthday.
  • Use of a modern holiday home on the banks of Loch Ness.
