Who we\'re looking for:You re a seasoned construction leader within the Data Centre Construction Market Segment who understands the demands of complex project delivery. You\'re looking for a role where you can lead a business unit, not just a project.
- 10+ years of experience in contracting, data centre construction, or critical infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of delivery models, permitting, utilities, and stakeholder engagement
- Trusted relationships with cloud providers, consultants, and engineering partners
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results across development and delivery

What You ll Lead- Development and execution of the go‑to‑market strategy for the data centre division
- Strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and industry stakeholders
- Oversight of projects from land strategy and design through to construction and commissioning

- Recruitment and leadership of a high‑performing development and delivery team
