We are currently seeking an experienced Cost Consultant to oversee the procurement and delivery of a major infrastructure project in the Scottish Borders. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading commercial role on a high-profile infrastructure scheme from early-stage procurement through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project, including cost planning, procurement strategy, commercial reporting, contract administration, valuations, variations, and change control. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure best value, effective cost management, and strong commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.

You should bring proven experience in cost consultancy, quantity surveying, or commercial management, along with a strong background in infrastructure, civil engineering, or major construction projects.
