We are currently working with a well-established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from commencement through to completion, working closely with the wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
The client is ideally looking for an experienced Project Manager, although strong Site Managers who are ready to take the next step into Project Management will also be considered.
The Candidate
- Proven experience within the construction industry
- Experience across commercial, retail and/or industrial projects
- A good understanding of civils
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively
- The ability to work well as part of a wider team
Essential qualifications:
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
Desirable:
- Temporary Works Coordinator training
- Scaffold Inspection
- Experience with ASTA Powerproject Package
