We are working with a well-established, specialist scaffolding contractor based in East Kilbride who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator / QS to support their next phase of growth. This is a key hire for the business, replacing a highly valued team member who is retiring after helping drive significant expansion. The role offers the opportunity to step into a pivotal commercial and operational position within a close-knit, growing company.

This is a broad, hands-on role that combines estimating and commercial management. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed and accurate scaffold tenders and cost plans
- Managing variations and valuations of live projects
- Leading bid submissions and pre-qualification processes
- Working closely with the Director to support ongoing project delivery and business growth
You will be supported by an experienced admin function, allowing you to focus on the technical and commercial aspects of the role. This role requires scaffolding experience - proven expertise in the sector is essential to ensure a smooth transition from the role incumbent.
