  • Strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and industry stakeholders
  • Oversight of projects from land strategy and design through to construction and commissioning
  • Alignment with internal construction, engineering, and finance teams
  • Recruitment and leadership of a high-performing development and delivery team

What Success Looks Like

  • A scalable team is in place, delivering projects that meet the highest standards
  • You’ve added a high-growth business unit to a company already known for excellence in execution

What’s Offered

  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits
  • True Long-term Leadership Potential – a chance to be entrepreneurial and own your success.
  • The autonomy to lead a sector — with the backing of a proven builder
  • Full support and sponsorship for your Visa and relocation to Canada

This is a strategic role within a company that values initiative, accountability, and innovation which will be rewarded with growth, development and leadership within this highly successful and sort after employer.
