We re looking for a talented Design Management Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure business at an exciting time of growth and innovation.
The successful candidate will hold a BEng or MEng, ideally approaching Chartered status, and will be based primarily at the Head Office near Glasgow with site work as needed.
You will play a key role in supporting design and build tender activity, developing cost-effective engineering solutions, and managing the design process from inception through delivery.
This role involves close collaboration with consulting engineers and engagement with Public Utilities, Local Authorities, and statutory bodies, ensuring that your decisions have a direct impact on project success and the company s performance.
You ll be joining a team where around 70 % of the engineering workforce are Chartered, contributing to high professional standards and technical excellence, and working on impactful projects including windfarms, battery energy storage facilities, substations and associated civils works, all within the context of the company s broader commitment to civil infrastructure and the UK energy transition.
