We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a solar farm project located in the Aberdeen area. This is a straightforward site management role focused on ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of works on site. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team and act as the day-to-day site presence throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily site activities
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and site health & safety requirements
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders on site
- Coordinating contractors and maintaining site standards
- Monitoring progress and reporting to the project team
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering, groundworks, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety compliance
- Ability to manage site operations independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant site management certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)
