Job Title: Project Support Administrator – Corporate Social Responsibility Location: Office-based in Motherwell – this role requires travel across various sites across the UK (car required and car allowance of £3,000 provided) Salary: £25,000 plus up to £3,000 car allowance Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across multiple project sites in the UK. This role involves travel between sites, so candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car. This is a great opportunity to start a career within construction, with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with administrative duties supporting sustainability targets and objectives. Support the delivery of Corporate Social Responsibility and KPI requirements related to project tenders. Gather and submit evidence to clients to demonstrate social value and compliance. Work with local communities to deliver impactful social value initiatives. Support site projects with audits and ensure best practices are followed. Manage supply chain records and documentation, ensuring all information is kept up to date. Provide document management and data transfer support using internal software systems. Assist project teams with internal audits and compliance reporting. Present confidently to education partners and clients as required. Requirements: IT literate with the ability to learn and use internal software systems (full training provided). Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
