Commercial Administrator – Glasgow Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid working after probation An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join a small, dedicated team within a well-established construction environment. This full-time, permanent role is based in Glasgow, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation. The Role: You will support the Commercial Department across procurement, compliance, and administration, helping to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist with procurement and analyse quotations Support tender processes and manage subcontractor responses Maintain supplier and subcontractor databases Liaise with Quantity Surveyors on compliance matters Manage documentation for client variations Ensure required certifications and standards are met Process orders and support cost tracking Manage purchase orders and sundry payment applications Provide general admin support and assist with reports About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial admin role within construction or a related sector Highly organised with strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Viewpoint is a plus Team-focused, responsible, and detail-oriented What’s Offered: Permanent role with hybrid working after probation Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and professional working environment To apply, please submit your CV.
