Client Account Manager Construction Materials
Location: Stirling, with the expectation of attending client meetings across Scotland
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (office presence required on non-client meeting days)

A leading manufacturer in the construction materials sector is seeking an Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, primarily within the volume housebuilding industry. This role focuses on maintaining existing client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. There will also be the opportunity, with support from the wider business development team, to proactively grow this sector through targeted business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume housebuilder clients and other recurring customers.

Collaborate with internal technical and estimating teams to prepare accurate take-offs and pricing schedules.

Develop and nurture relationships with new prospects, ensuring continuity of supply and repeat business.

Manage enquiries and orders, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and met.

Maintain digital records of pricing, contacts, projects, and forecasts to support efficient planning.
