A well-established general building contractor in Central Scotland is looking to appoint an experienced Roofing Manager to lead and develop its successful Roofing Division. This is a key leadership role where you’ll take full responsibility for delivering roofing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
As Roofing Manager, you will:
- Plan, programme, and coordinate labour and resources across multiple projects
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, specifications, and health & safety standards
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a time-served roofer
- Hold a valid CSCS Black Card and SMSTS
- Have proven management experience within construction (roofing preferred)
- Demonstrate strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
