A fast growing quantity surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, working across high-value commercial and residential real estate projects. Due to sustained growth and an increasingly busy workload, they're now looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS who wants to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment that rewards performance and offers clear progression into senior or associate-level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cost control and commercial management on a variety of commercial and residential projects
  • Lead procurement processes, including tender evaluation and subcontractor negotiation
  • Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and internal project teams
  • Mentor junior surveyors and support business development initiatives
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery aligns with programme and budget

About You:

  • RICS Chartered (MRICS) status is essential
  • Confident managing projects from inception through to final account
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
