A fast growing quantity surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, working across high-value commercial and residential real estate projects. Due to sustained growth and an increasingly busy workload, they're now looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join their commercial team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cost control and commercial management on a variety of commercial and residential projects
- Lead procurement processes, including tender evaluation and subcontractor negotiation
- Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and internal project teams
- Mentor junior surveyors and support business development initiatives
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery aligns with programme and budget
