A new temporary opportunity in the Central Belt available on a Limited Co or PAYE basis. We are seeking freelance Stock Condition Surveyors to undertake short-term contracts, starting in July.
Working largely independently, the role will involve undertaking surveys of a number of homes, utilising hand held electronics to conduct surveys and create reports advising on any remediation required.
To be considered, you must have previous experience of performing Condition Surveys, ideally utilising electronic hand held equipment and EPC accredited. A large portion of the job will be public interaction, so you need to be an excellent communicator with people at all levels.
The role will also require you to manage your own diary and timescales, and due to the nature of the position, you need to have a full UK license and access to a vehicle.
On offer is up to 5 months of work paying on a per survey basis at circa £22.00 per survey.
