We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Agent to join a major infrastructure project based West of Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a long-term programme of works involving reinforced concrete structures, including multiple bridge structures.
The client is open to considering candidates on a temporary, temp-to-permanent or permanent basis, with an immediate start available.
The Role:
You will take responsibility for managing key structures packages on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, and leading site teams including Engineers and Foremen.
Duties will include:
- Managing reinforced concrete structures works
- Overseeing the design coordination process
- Programming and short-term planning
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Commercial awareness across packages and subcontractors
- Managing site teams and driving project delivery
- Liaising with clients, design teams, and stakeholders
