A Tier 1, employee-owned contractor is expanding its Infrastructure division and hiring a Chief Estimator to lead from the front. You’ll report directly to the Pre-Construction Director and take ownership of:

  • Major transit & transportation bids
  • High-value infrastructure pursuits
  • Estimating strategy across multiple large-scale projects

This is not a back-office role. You are driving how projects are won.

What You’ll Be Leading:

  • Roads, highways & interchanges
  • Bridges & major structures
  • LRT / BRT transit systems
  • Airports & large infrastructure programs

What You’ll Own:

  • Full oversight of pre-construction & estimating performance
  • Bid strategy, risk analysis & cost optimisation
  • Conceptual estimating → tender submission
  • Constructability input & innovation strategies
  • Leadership of high-performing estimating teams
  • Stakeholder engagement across clients, consultants & partners
