Contract Scotland is working with a well-established and highly respected housebuilder to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor based in Glasgow.

The Role

You’ll support the commercial team across a range of live housing projects, assisting with cost management, subcontractor procurement, valuations, reporting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers excellent exposure to residential construction projects and clear opportunities for career progression.

What We're Looking For
