Our client is looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to join their professional team delivering high-quality transport and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills on-site and grow toward a senior engineering role.
What You'll Do:
- Support civil engineering projects from planning through to completion.
- Carry out setting out using GPS and laser equipment.
- Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Prepare Inspection and Test Plans and report on completed works.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.
- Work a mix of day and night shifts, including up to 20 weeks of night shift per year (10pm–4am, paid at time and a half).
What You'll Need:
- 2–3 years of practical site engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals: concrete, drainage, and groundworks.
- Hands-on experience with setting out and GPS/laser equipment.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts when required.
