Contract Scotland are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support a substation project in Keith, focused on cabling pulling and associated works.

Project Overview

  • Cable pulling and installation works within a live substation environment
  • Simple termination of cables at both ends
  • Day-to-day site management and coordination
  • Overseeing and managing scaffolding activities
  • Ensuring safe, efficient delivery of works on site

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cable pulling works
  • Previous experience working on substation / power / utilities projects
  • Valid site qualifications ideally including:
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS card (appropriate level)
  • First Aid
  • Strong site coordination and subcontractor management experience
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
