Experienced Sub Agent (Temporary Contract)

Our client, a renowned civil engineering contractor specialising in the water sector, is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join their team for a temporary contract role. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual to contribute to multiple projects south of Edinburgh, with a contract length of at least 6 months and an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Oversee the planning and coordination of multiple jobs, ensuring smooth operations and timely project execution.
- Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS): Prepare and review RAMS for the projects, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
- Health & Safety (H&S): Manage health and safety procedures, ensuring strict adherence to regulations on-site and minimising risks.
- Ensure all site operations are fully resourced and meet deadlines for successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- Proven experience in the civil engineering and water sectors, particularly in a sub-agent or similar role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams to ensure high performance and quality of work.
