Site Supervisor – Inverness & Surrounding Areas
£19.90 – £21.90/hour + benefits + Excellent Work-Life Balance
A Tier 1 contractor is recruiting a Site Supervisor to join our growing Dundee team. If you're tired of being away from home constantly, this role offers something different—you'll be home 9 out of 10 nights while still earning great money when travel is required.
The Role

- Supervise a team of 2-3 operatives on Scottish Water and civil projects
- Work on the tools alongside your team
- Handle daily diaries, brief RAMS, record site progress, and liaise with the Dundee office
- Currently requires some travel/staying away, but transitioning to more local work as projects increase in the area

What We're Looking For

- Triple STS/SMSTS qualified supervisor
- Strong civil engineering experience (preferred over pure Scottish Water background)
- Willing to work away when required
- Ideally based in Inverness or within 50-mile radius.
- Experience with smaller contractors preferred over tier one backgrounds
