An established and reputable civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Foreman/Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves the delivery of infrastructure projects in the Moray area of Scotland, with full responsibility for site operations, safety, quality, and programme performance. You will take a hands-on leadership role, coordinating site activities from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The position suits a proactive individual who can lead teams effectively while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all on-site activities from project start through to final handover
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure smooth delivery of works
