Site Administrator – Stornoway
Civil Engineering | Energy Project
Temporary or Permanent | Full-Time | Site-based
Up to 3 Years of Project Work Secured
We are recruiting on behalf of our civil engineering client for an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a long-term Energy project based in Stornoway. This role offers flexibility to join on either a temporary or permanent basis and provides an excellent opportunity to be involved in a major infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:\\n

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the on-site project team

Maintain and manage document control systems and procedures
- \\n
Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring accurate filing and distribution

Support the team with timesheet processing, reports, and general project coordination

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments as required

Assist with procurement tracking, deliveries, and maintaining project records
