Job Description
A leading family-owned general building contractor based in Central Scotland is seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to join their well-established Roofing Division. As Roofing Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of roofing projects to ensure their successful completion on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
β Planning and co-ordinating resource.
β Ensuring works are carried out in line with programme, drawings, client specifications, and Health & Safety best practice.
β Ensuring materials are procured.
β Maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
You will also:
β Be a roofer to trade.
β Hold a valid CSCS Black and SMSTS.
β Have management experience within construction, preferably roofing.
