As Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the procurement of subcontractors and ensure that they are appointed on time.
- Ensure that site records are produced and maintained accurately and that commercial opportunities are identified.
- Take ownership for the construction programme and ensure that it is accurately maintained.
- Produce client progress reports.
- Ensure everyone on site is sufficiently trained and identify any areas of development.
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
