A well-established and highly regarded main contractor in the West of Scotland is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years’ post-graduate experience to join their supportive commercial team based in Prestwick. Our client operates across a diverse project portfolio including commercial new build and refurbishment, healthcare, social housing, leisure, and public sector developments. Project values currently range from approximately £1m to £40m+, offering strong exposure to varied and technically interesting work.

  • Managing multiple live projects simultaneously across varying values and sectors.
  • Working primarily from the Prestwick office, with site visits during working hours.
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Supporting the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.
  • Ensuring cost control, reporting, and contractual compliance across your projects.

2–3 years’ post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying.

  • Background in main contracting or social housing.
  • Office-based role, Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm, Fri: 8:00am-3:30pm.
  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
