We are working with a busy and growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support their team based in Livingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with a strong pipeline of work across major infrastructure and construction projects throughout Scotland. The role has been created to support the wider team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment.
You will be responsible for providing general administrative support across the business, working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations. Duties will include:
- Managing reception and acting as a first point of contact
- Monitoring and managing shared inboxes
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff
- Updating training records and internal systems
- Maintaining basic reports and administrative trackers
