The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major civil engineering project based in Kincardine. This is a long-term contract role offering stability and the opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure programme.

Working Hours

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take a lead role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Duties will include:

  • Overseeing quality assurance and testing processes
  • Preparing and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
  • Managing site inductions
  • Implementing and maintaining ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
  • Supporting day-to-day site operations and supervising works
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

  • Strong civil engineering background (essential)
  • Proven experience in a Sub Agent or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in quality, testing, and documentation (RAMS, ITPs)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage site activities and work collaboratively with project teams
