We're supporting a contractor in Dunbar who urgently requires a Freelance Civil Engineer to assist with linear HV cable works, including duct installation, roads, drainage and associated civils.
- Surveying and setting out across a linear route
- Installing ducts, roads, drainage and general civils
- Maintaining accurate records, quality checks and documentation (iPad-based uploads)
- CAD and Civils 3D experience preferred
- Experience on linear projects (cable routes, pipelines, utilities, highways etc.)
- Strong setting out and surveying background
- Good with GPS, QA and digital record keeping
