This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone with New Homes Sales experience who enjoys meeting prospective buyers, building relationships and creating a positive first impression. Qualify potential buyers and pass suitable leads to the wider sales team. Maintain accurate records and manage basic sales administration. Ideally, you will have experience in New Homes Sales, although candidates with other relevant sales experience will also be considered. Confident communicating with a range of customers and building rapport. Comfortable with IT and sales administration. Part-time hours across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm. Flexibility around the contract, with temporary, fixed-term and permanent options available. Potential for longer-term opportunities as the wider development pipeline progresses.
