BIM Manager

The Role:

• As BIM Manager, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration of Building Information Modelling across projects.
• You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop and implement BIM strategies, drive efficiency, and enhance collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards
• Support project teams with BIM coordination and clash detection
• Manage Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital workflows
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders
• Drive innovation in digital construction and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a BIM management role within construction or civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other industry standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
