Our clients are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate with a Structural Engineering background to work between their Prestwick and Glasgow offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Engineer (CEng / MICE / MIStructE) who ideally is also SER Certified, looking to take on a leadership role within a well-established and respected practice.
You will oversee a wide range of projects including local authority frameworks and Housing refurbishments. Manage client relationships, ensuring high technical standards, and providing guidance to the wider engineering team. Also work closely with directors and colleagues across other offices to deliver high-quality, innovative, and efficient engineering solutions.
The ideal person will be:
- Chartered Engineer with SER Certification
- Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering design and delivery
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and with senior management
- Commercially aware with an eye for efficiency and client care
