We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major civil engineering project based in Kincardine. This is a long-term contract role offering stability and the opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure programme.
Working Hours
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will take a lead role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
- Overseeing quality assurance and testing processes.
- Preparing and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
- Managing site inductions.
- Implementing and maintaining ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
- Supporting day-to-day site operations and supervising works.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Strong civil engineering background (essential).
- Proven experience in a Sub Agent or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in quality, testing, and documentation (RAMS, ITPs).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and work collaboratively with project teams.
