We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major civil engineering project based in Kincardine. This is a long-term contract role offering stability and the opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure programme.
Working Hours
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will take a lead role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
- Duties will include:
- Overseeing quality assurance and testing processes
- Preparing and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Managing site inductions
- Implementing and maintaining ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
- Supporting day-to-day site operations and supervising works
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
- Strong civil engineering background (essential)
- Proven experience in a Sub Agent or similar role
- Demonstrable experience in quality, testing, and documentation (RAMS, ITPs)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage site activities and work collaboratively with project teams
