About the Role:
Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is looking for a Site Engineer to deliver high-profile renewable energy projects across Scotland. From wind farms to substations and battery storage, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in building a sustainable future.
What You'll Do:
- Set out and survey sites with precision.
- Review and verify designs, drawings, and quantities.
- Support construction operations, quality control, and H&S compliance.
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and assist with valuations.
- Provide technical guidance to the project team and contribute to value engineering exercises.
Requirements:
- HNC or higher in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in civil engineering projects, ideally in renewables or energy infrastructure.
- Strong surveying and setting-out skills; CAD knowledge advantageous.
- SMSTS/SSSTS qualified; CSCS and First Aid desirable.
- Flexible to travel across Scotland; full UK driving licence.
