Contract Personnel are recruiting Poultry Packers based in the South Norfolk area. Own transport is essential due to site location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Packing poultry products into the correct boxes and quantities.
- Operating an automatic strapping machine.
- Stacking boxes onto pallets in the correct configuration.
- Carrying out regular manual handling, including lifting boxes weighing up to 25kg.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and product quality.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous packing or production experience is desirable but not essential.
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting up to 25kg.
- Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player with a positive attitude.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30 until 16:30
