Sales Administrator
Location: King's Lynn
Brief: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Are you organised, detail-focused and looking to build a long-term career in administration?
We're working with an established and growing automotive business that is looking for a Sales Administrator to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has strong attention to detail and is keen to develop their skills.
Although advantageous, automotive experience isn't essential, so experiencein a similar type of admin role with invoicing etc, is required.
The Role
As Sales Administrator, you'll play an important role in ensuring vehicle sales are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll provide essential administrative support to the sales team while helping to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare customer and vehicle documentation.
- Assist with vehicle registrations and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and sales databases.
- Liaise with customers, finance companies and suppliers.

- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Numerate and literate with good written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, reliable team player who is willing to learn.
