Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Fork Lift Driver/Intake Operative based in the outskirts of Norwich. Own transport is preferred but the factory is accessible via a train route from Norwich station. Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Operating food production machinery efficiently.
- Providing first-level fault diagnosis, analysis and problem solving, and taking responsibility for solutions.
- Reporting servicing requirements as appropriate, and strictly adhering to all production procedures while playing an active part in site hygiene.
- Forklift duties will include moving ingredients from outside to the production area, so the product can be produced.
- Any other duties as required.
Shift pattern:
- Monday to Thursday Weekly rotational shifts
- Days: 07:00 - 19:00 (Basic £13.65 plus overtime).
- Nights: 19:00 - 07:00 (Basic £14.15 plus overtime).
Qualifications:
- A valid Counterbalance Fork Lift Licence is essential.
